Welcome to the Website of the Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network! The Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network (RMIAN) is a non-profit organization that serves low-income men, women, and children in immigration proceedings. RMIAN promotes knowledge of legal rights; provides effective representation to ensure due process; works to improve detention conditions; and promotes a more humane immigration system, including alternatives to detention. RMIAN serves men and women in immigration detention and immigrant children who have suffered from abuse, neglect, or violence. For the continued success of this program, we rely on the commitment and generosity of dedicated attorneys, paralegals, and law students. |

The Children's Program provides free representation and pro bono attorney referrals to immigrant children who have suffered from abuse, neglect, or violence and have no representation in immigration proceedings. |
